Wedding package: On-the-day coordination
Wedding venue: Sopley Mill, Christchurch, Dorset

What we did: We met up with Charlotte & Jamie a couple of times before their wedding to chat through plans and timings for the day and to offer advice about certain aspects of the day.
On the wedding day itself, we saw Jamie first, who had arrived at Sopley Mill with boxes of things for the day. He had his two best men in tow and was calm.
Charlotte arrived a while later with her bridesmaids and her mum. They were all super laid-back and enjoyed getting ready in the bridal-prep room at Sopley Mill with cups of tea and later, prosecco. Their make-up was done by Tara Sanger Make Up and their hair by Grace Bailey Bridal Hair.
We had the pleasure of seeing lots of our supplier friends on the morning. Sally from The Crumb Factory, who arrived to drop off the wedding cake. Rhiannon from Willow and Wisps, who provided the bride and bridesmaid bouquets, flowers for the centrepieces, the ceremony table and aisle chairs. Also, Sam from Linen and Lace, who set-up the lights in the ceremony room and decorations around the venue to compliment the couple’s own decorations.
Our job on the day is to make sure that everything runs smoothly and to time. From liaising with suppliers with any last-minute changes to numbers to cutting up the cake to layout with the evening buffet and everything in between.
It was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with Charlotte, Jamie and their family and friends and a lovely wedding for our last one of the year!
