South Coast Weddings can provide On the Day Coordination through to Full Planning.
On the Day Coordination with South Coast Weddings at Sopley Mill includes;
Contacting all of your wedding suppliers ahead of the day to run through the schedule for the day, ensuring everyone has the same timings.
Setting up your own decorations, favours and anything else that can’t be completed until the day of the wedding.
Liaising with the caterer for any last minute changes to guest names, table plans, dietary requirements.
Greeting the registrars. Letting them know when the bride/groom is ready to talk to in the bridal prep room and letting the groom/bride know when to go up and talk them prior to the ceremony.
Welcoming guests and inviting them up to the ceremony room, ensuring any chairs are saved for family and the wedding party.
Playing the music for the entrance, signing of the register and exit.
Showing guests where to go for the after ceremony drinks and helping elderly guests and those with a disability to use the lift.
Helping anyone with a baby by showing them where the changing facilities are and the bridal prep room for breastfeeding, if a private area is preferred.
Inviting guests upstairs to sit down for dinner, ensuring those that need to use the lift, are inviting up ahead of time.
Announcing the happy couple into the room, if desired.
Presenting gifts ready for the couple to hand over during the speeches.
Drinks service (if you haven’t chosen this in your venue package).
Greeting evening suppliers and ensuring they know where to set up and providing assistance as needed.
Putting any of the couple’s belongings that aren’t needed for the evening, into the bridal prep room for safe keeping.
