We provide wedding planning and on-the-day coordination across the South Coast of England and can discuss options further afield. However, the majority of our weddings are in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset.
How far in advance do I need to book a package?
With any wedding, it is ideal to start planning at least 12 months in advance to ensure you can book and secure your prefect venue and suppliers. However, we know only too well that love doesn’t always work so structured! So, we will do our best to work to your timeline whether years, months, weeks or even days in advance, wherever possible!
How do I know if I need a wedding planner?
Wedding planning, support and guidance isn’t essential but there are times when an extra pair of hands can be invaluable. Some of our previous brides and grooms have used our services due to:
I don’t have a DIY venue; can I still have on-the-day coordination?
Absolutely, the extra pair of hands and confidence someone is supporting the venue to manage the day’s moving parts ensures peace of mind and a stress-free wedding! No matter what the venue, we are here to support you as a couple and your needs. The in-house team at the venue will take care of the details such as your timings and wedding breakfast. We’ll look after the bigger picture and finer details of your day.
On the plan-as-you-go package, can I go over my 10 hours of support?
Yes, whether by one hour or twenty! Our plan-as-you-go package provides a supportive minimum of 10 hours support which you can add on to as and when you feel you need it, provided we have the capacity to do more for you.
Will you be there on the day?
All packages, except the Plan as You Go package, includes us being there on the day for you.
Do we have to use your suppliers?
Not at all! We have many years of experience and excellent knowledge of wedding suppliers, however, if you have fallen in love with a particular supplier, it’s your wedding and you can choose any supplier you like!
Are there any fees in addition to the ones mentioned on your Package page?
The only extra costs may be a small mileage charge, if you’re outside of a 25 mile radius from our base in Bournemouth.
