This absolute beauty married Dominic in October at Beaulieu.
Laura and Dominic live in New York and wanted help prior to and on day so they didn’t have to ask friends and family to run around looking after things.
Here’s how we were able to help them have a stress-free wedding…
Prior to the Day:
Provided reassurance Went over timings to check they would work Contacting their wedding suppliers to confirm arrival/set-up times Ensured bridesmaids had my phone number in case of wedding emergencies Gave peace of mindOn the Day:
Picked up their suitcases on the morning and took them to the hotel Greeted suppliers and helped as needed Lit the candles for the ceremony Welcomed guests Played the recorded music for the ceremony, entrance, signing and exit Placed name cards, menu choices and favours on the tables Turned on candles for the reception Beaulieu is a managed venue, however, Laura wanted to have someone to help in the lead up to the day and overseeing everything on the day.
It was a pleasure to work alongside Inga, the Wedding & Event Manager at Beaulieu. She leads a great team of people at one of the most gorgeous wedding venues in the New Forest!
